Gambit
Gambit was a free-to-play, real time card battler.
I was the lead character animator on this project. I also made some VFX Animations and character design concepts.
Gambit had 4 base character rigs- small, slight, average, and hulking. Animations were organized by weapon type (such as two-handed weapons, ranged weapons, etc.) with some categories for unique motion-types (such as clank robots and creatures.) All character animation was done in esoteric Spine.

I also provided some character design concepts while working on Gambit.





Preproduction concept art. At this stage, we knew what the factions of the game were, but how those factions would look was still up in the air. We also created several characters and animations to simulate how the game would look and feel.










At the very start of Gambit, our studio had a two-day art jam to think about what direction the game could go. I had a blast coming up with different factions.
